Jay must be the cordon bleau of realtors. As a second time homebuyer, my experience was significantly elevated this time around. From making sure we had a thorough understanding as sellers of the why behind the listing price, to getting us psychologically prepared and strategized for decluttering the home to be professionally photographed, he was attentive to every minute detail we would not have considered ourselves. I had an excellent time working with Jay to purchase my first home. I had actually tried to buy in 2020, but wasn't quite ready. Jay kept in touch for 4 years, constantly checking my progress and giving me advice on ways to save. Finally, when it was time, I had a tons of questions and concerns. Jay toured multiple houses with me, gave his very honest opinion on every house we saw - even if we disagreed - which I always respected. If you are a first time homebuyer/seller, if your nervous, tentative, or would need a lot of help during the process of buying or selling a house I couldn't recommend Jay enough. I am now at just over a month since closing and he is still answering questions / giving advice whenever asked. I love my house, but if we ever decide to sell, it will most definitely be through Jay.
