I can?t begin to share how fortunate I have been these past months to know that Jay Quigley was guiding me through the process of selling my sisters home in Spring Hill. My sister passed suddenly and being her only sibling I was faced with selling her house. Jay explained from the onset exactly what we needed to do. Checked county records and we found out how old it was and an inspection would have failed. We would have lost the sale. We got a roofer in, repaired quickly and inspection proved good! Truly I don?t even know where to begin when it comes to the service that was provided by Jay. I am a young first time home buyer with 0 experience. I just bought a 3/2 in Hillsborough County with the help of Jay Quigley. We saw many homes and the average price of a Hillsborough home seemed to have grown by about 20k-30k more by the time I found this one. I am very happy with my purchase and with Jay?s assistance and effort in making this happen.
